  • Hey Sean, year end is coming. How about an STR tax planning video? Not the sexiest topic but a very important one.

  • I'm just guessing, but that probably would be less than $1500 a month if you rented on those terms. I'm thinking someone is making some money.

  • I am a mother first and that boy lying on the floor with the other beds empty broke my heart!!! About the place, people have different standards, right? It looked nice, but it could be better with just a few touches (like a second pillow on your bed). Thank you for showing us, Sean!

  • Hey Sean

  • I payed THB 18 000.-/ m (4 months) in the Condo on the right side when you come out of the MRT Sutthisan. And they even did not gave me back my security deposit when I departed. (2014 while the Shutdown) And the Condo had cock roaches in the kitchen & was not that nice…. But maybe this is because of the water….

  • Avoid a funny tummy by having a Digestif after meals (maybe not breakfast lol), like a nice glass of Whiskey, but any high % will do. Enjoy Thailand and stay away from the Red Bull's in little brown bottles 😉
